The Deluxe Coverage Plan covers your HVAC system (central air and heating), plumbing (fixtures, stoppages, toilets, internal system), electrical (internal system), and major appliances including microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, range/oven/cooktop, washer, dryer, water heater, ceiling fans, doorbell system, and kitchen exhaust fan. HVAC coverage is up to $3,000/year, and all other categories are up to $1,000/year each.

Submit a claim anytime through the My Happy Home app or website. Log in, select your plan, and describe the issue. We handle triage, scheduling, and dispatch, often same-day.

After purchasing your plan, there is a 30-day waiting period before you can submit your first claim. After the waiting period, you can submit claims anytime.
